WeLoveU Marches Towards the Future With a Leadership Seminar

The International WeLoveU Foundation hosted the “Mother’s Leadership: Empowering Future Leaders With a Mother’s Love” seminar on Friday, May 12, 2023. Ellen Rozelle Turner, CEO and founder of William Everett, led the discussion at South Shore International College Preparatory High School.

Hope For the Future

Ms. Turner explained her journey, illustrating how maternal love shaped her path as a business leader. She spoke with passion, emphasizing that the spirit of motherhood is a powerful tool that nurtures resilience, compassion, and ambition – values that she believes can provide future leaders with hope to shape the world, setting the standard for success. Ms. Turner addressed the attentive students and underscored the importance of leaving a legacy for the next generation. She emphasized how much our current actions impact the future. Ms. Turner set a great example, establishing her legacy by sharing ownership of William Everett with her now-adult children, providing them with a hopeful future.

An Inspirational Time Shared With College Prep Students

The Mother’s Leadership seminar aimed to inspire and encourage students to strive higher, dream bigger, and make significant contributions to society. The organizers believed that bringing in successful figures like Turner, who epitomized the values of the seminar, would have a lasting impact on the youthful audience.

Principal Michelle Flatt was instrumental in facilitating this event at the school, recognizing the valuable opportunity it presented for her students. Also contributing significantly to the seminar’s success was Robert Head from WeLoveU and Khadia Michel CRPC®, the moderator. Michel’s insightful questions steered the conversation, creating an environment of open dialogue and profound learning.

The seminar would not have been possible without the generous sponsorship from the Children First Fund. Their continued support of educational programs like these is a testament to their commitment to developing the leaders of tomorrow.

The Mother’s Leadership seminar was not just an event; it was an experience that left its mark on every attendee. It was an inspiration-fueled session that highlighted the power of a mother’s love. It served as a vibrant platform, bringing together remarkable individuals, empowering messages, and a common cause — paving the way for the leaders of tomorrow with the power of a mother’s love.
