On July 29, 2012, Central Jersey Blood Services got together with more than 200 volunteers of the International WeLoveU Foundation to receive blood for critical operations and transfusions. The volunteers entertained more than 300 guests with songs, dance and various group activities while donors gave blood.

During the summer months, New Jersey’s blood shortages are higher than most states in the US. To receive life-saving blood for critical transfusions, the hospital needs hundreds of pints during these months and WeLoveU was there to serve the cause.
